This helps maintain customer satisfaction while keeping financial records accurate and consistent.

Permissions must be set to at least Manager or Admin access to be able to complete these actions.
Step-By-Step How To
There are two separate ways to discount an invoice: line discount and header discount. Let's go through both!
Line Discount
These are discounts applied to invoice line items. Line Discounts can be applied as a dollar amount or a percentage.
- Open the Invoice you wish to discount
- Click on Product Name
- Input a Percentage Discount or Discount Amount
- Click Save
Header Discount
These are discounts applied to adjust the total amount instead of individual line items.
- Open the Invoice you wish to discount
- Click Actions > Apply Discount
- Input a Percentage Discount or Discount Amount
- Click Save Discount
