Why This Matters
To help businesses breakdown revenue reporting, Wodify offers eight default Revenue Categories and the ability to create your own. These categories can be selected when creating membership templates, manual invoices, or running Point of Sale transactions.
These 8 default categories are:
- Membership Sales
- Merchandise/Retail Sales
- Late Cancellation Fees

Step-By-Step How To: Create New Revenue Categories
- Go to > Financial > Settings
- Click the Revenue Categories tab > Click + New Revenue Category
- Label your new Revenue Category
- Click Save

FAQs
- "Can I update the Label for any of the existing Wodify Revenue Categories?" Answer: Unfortunately at this time there is not a way to update these, but if you are using these Revenue Categories to export to Quickbooks or another Accounting software you can update the "Accounting Chart Of Accounts Name" field to ensure everything is synced appropriately!
