Step-By-Step How To

1. Navigate to Classes > Calendar.
2. Click the Embed icon in the top right of the calendar to open the embed settings side panel.
3. Under Appearance, choose Light Mode or Dark Mode.
4. Select the Programs you want displayed on the embedded calendar.
5. Select the Coaches you want displayed (optional).
6. (Optional) Expand Advanced Settings to:
   1. Choose Rounded or Square corners.
   2. Enter a custom Background Color using a hex code.
7. Click Preview to review how the embedded calendar will look on your site.
8. Once it looks the way you want, click Copy Embed Code.
9. Paste the code into the appropriate section of your website builder.

1. How can I customize the look of the calendar? We can customize the look of your calendar anyway you prefer if you have a site powered through Wodify! 
2. Where do I put the HTML code? There should be a designated spot on your website builder.
3. I don't see the new embed side panel — why? The redesigned calendar embed experience is being rolled out in waves through mid-May to mid-June 2026. If you're still on the previous version, you'll see the older embed pop-up instead. Reach out to support@wodify.com if you have questions about your account's rollout timing.
