FAQs
-
What are the enforcement options for limited or session-based memberships?
You can choose from three enforcement settings:Allow sign-ins without warnings: Tracks attendance but allows unlimited sign-ins.
Allow sign-ins but display warnings: Warns clients when they’re near or at their limit but still allows sign-ins.
Prevent sign-ins: Fully restricts sign-ins and reservations once limits are reached.
-
Can clients on the waitlist still join without it counting toward their membership?
Yes. Being on a waitlist does not count against a client’s membership or available sessions unless they are moved into the class and receive a confirmed reservation. - Why should I enable Membership Enforcement? Enabling this feature protects your business revenue and membership policies by preventing unauthorized class access, ensuring clients stay within their membership limits, and maintaining fair access across all members.
