Why This Matters

Activity types in Wodify help you easily track and manage communication with your clients. It gives a clear trail of previous communication to allow you to try a different avenue of outreach to re-engage a client or make contact with a lead.


Step-By-Step How To

In Wodify, there are five default Activity Types available, so that you may document your correspondence with a lead or client. These default Activity Types are:

  • Call
  • Email
  • Meeting
  • Other
  • Class

To create new Activity Types:

  1. Go to People > Settings > Activity Type header
  2. Click Create Activity Type
  3. Label your new Activity Type and click Save

This new Activity Type will now be available when logging activity within a client or lead's profile.

Q: Is there a limitation to how many Activity Types?

A: At this time, we have not run into any creation limitations regarding amount!
