Step-By-Step How To Customize Default Settings
Head over to Perform > Settings.
Default Settings:
- Set defaults for new workouts : You can change the default time your workouts are published and the visibility of each workout by checking of which Programs or allowing all workouts.
- You can also choose your settings for Publishing Externally using an API or Wordpress Integration.
Step-By-Step How To Daily Workout Views
- In Perform > Daily Workout, you can view your Workouts by the Week, Month, or in a List view by choosing the option in Daily Workout.
- In Week and Month, you can choose which Program and Location you would like to see. You can also Print your current Calendar view by choosing the Printer Icon on the right side.
- In List, you can Search and Filter what Workouts you would like see by either clicking +Filter, or choosing the down arrow in the one of the default tabs at the top.
- You can filter by Location, Program, Date Range, Starred, Day of Week, and Workout Tag

Will changing my display settings affect existing workouts?
No. Adjusting your display or default settings changes how you view and manage workouts, but it does not modify workouts that have already been created or published.
