Tag every workout.
Keep tags brief.
Create a saved search including all your tags—it’s often faster to exclude tags than build a new search.

FAQs
- Can I tag multiple workouts at once?
Yes. You can select multiple workouts from the list before adding tags — all selected workouts will receive the same tag(s). - Why should I use workout tags?
Tags help you quickly find and group workouts based on criteria such as duration, intensity, or focus area. A consistent tagging system improves organization and saves time when searching. - Can I delete a tag completely?
Yes, but deleting a tag will remove it from all workouts it’s been applied to. Do this carefully if others rely on the same tag.
