FAQs
- If I process an invoice for a guest, where can I find it at a later date? If you go to Financial > Invoices, you can locate all previously generated invoices in the software, whether they were automatically or manually created.
- Why can't I void an invoice? If the void invoice option is missing, the payment was most likely processed. At this time, you can refund the invoice using the same Actions button.
