Wodify provides the ability to easily create a custom invoice whenever you need to charge an existing client or guest.

How to Create a Custom Invoice within a Client's Profile
You are able to create a custom invoice directly within the Clients Profile.
- Go to Wodify Admin > People > Clients
- Select the Client Name
- On the Membership & Payments tab > click + New Invoice
- Select the Payment Due Date
- (Optionally) Enable Auto Bill
- Select the Location of Sale
- Click Save
- Now, you are able to click Actions > Add Line Item
- You can add multiple line items
How to Create a Custom Invoice (Guests)
Since guest does not have a client profile, we'll walk you through how to create a manual invoice for them.
- Go to Wodify Admin > Financial > Invoices
- Click + Invoice
- Select who you would like to invoice:
- Existing Client: you can select their name from the list
- Guest: click Someone Else and Enter Name
- Select the Payment Due Date
- (Optionally) Enable Auto Bill
- Select the Location of Sale
- Click Save
- Now, you are able to click Actions > Add Line Item
- You can add multiple line items
Note: When creating an invoice for a guest, you'll need to manually process the invoice by clicking ACTIONS > Pay Invoice.
