Why This Matters

Within the Quick View Panel, staff can view information from all sections of the profile - the Header, Profile subtab, Attendance, Membership & Payments, and Activity History. 


 

Pre-requisite Pro-Tip

In order to access Leads and Retain, these features must be available on your tier - available for Grow, Promote, Free Unlimited, Accelerate, & Ultimate.


 

Step-By-Step How To

 

Accessing Quick View from Global Search

  1. Go to Global Search
  2. Search for any client name, email, or phone number
  3. Click the Client in the drop down

     

Accessing Quick View from Client List

  1. Go to People > Clients
  2. Search for a Client
  3. Click the eye icon to the right

     

Accessing Quick View from Lead Board

  1. Go to People > Leads
  2. Search for a Lead
  3. Click their Lead Card (if in board view)
  4. Click the eye icon to the right (if in list view)

Note: This is available on Grow, Promote, Free Unlimited, Accelerate, & Ultimate.

 

Accessing Quick View from Retain

  1. Go to People > Retain
  2. Search for a Client
  3. Select the eye icon to the right

FAQs

  1. "Can I reach out to client or lead directly from Quick View?" Answer: Yes! In the Quick View, you can select the Email, SMS, or Chat button to open those menus and send a message directly to the client or lead. 
  2. "Is Quick View available in the mobile app?" Answer: Yes! To access Quick View in the Wodify Mobile app, simply search for a client using Mobile Global Search or tap their name anywhere you see them listed, such as in a class roster.
