Step-By-Step How To
Accessing Quick View from Global Search
- Go to Global Search
- Search for any client name, email, or phone number
Click the Client in the drop down
Accessing Quick View from Client List
- Go to People > Clients
- Search for a Client
Click the eye icon to the right
Accessing Quick View from Lead Board
- Go to People > Leads
- Search for a Lead
- Click their Lead Card (if in board view)
- Click the eye icon to the right (if in list view)

- Go to People > Retain
- Search for a Client
- Select the eye icon to the right

- "Can I reach out to client or lead directly from Quick View?" Answer: Yes! In the Quick View, you can select the Email, SMS, or Chat button to open those menus and send a message directly to the client or lead.
- "Is Quick View available in the mobile app?" Answer: Yes! To access Quick View in the Wodify Mobile app, simply search for a client using Mobile Global Search or tap their name anywhere you see them listed, such as in a class roster.
