Wodify Core can be easily accessed on a phone or tablet, any time, at app.wodify.com! Many of your on-the-go tasks can be managed through Employee View in the Wodify mobile app - signing in clients, reading and editing workout notes - but Core in a mobile browser should provide you with full Wodify capabilities, no matter the complexity, without the processing restrictions of a mobile app.

Shortcuts for Easy Core Mobile Access

You can add the Core website as a shortcut on your home screen for quick access on both iOS and Android devices. 

iPhone 

• From a Chrome or Safari browser, navigate to app.wodify.com
• Select the "Keep me signed in" checkbox and log in
• Tap the share button
• Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
• Set a name for the shortcut, such as “Wodify Core”
• Now just tap the new "app" or shortcut on your home screen, and it will open Wodify Core in a new window

Android

• From a Chrome browser, navigate to app.wodify.com
• Select the "Keep me signed in" checkbox and log in
• Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to Home Screen.
• Set a name for the shortcut, such as “Wodify Core”
• Now just tap the new "app" or shortcut on your home screen, and it will open Wodify  in a new window

Core Functions & Employee View Functions: Best Practices

We recommend using Employee View in the Wodify Mobile App for quick tasks like: 

• Signing Clients into classes or Appointments, or signing yourself in as a coach/provider
• Adding a Client to class less than 24 hours ahead of time 
• Adding results for workouts
• Locating individual client/lead information for attendees
• In-app chat or SMS messaging
• Booking an individual client into a future class or appointment
• Task Management
• Client & Lead Quick View: quick & essential client management functions in a slideout panel, including
  • Viewing general details, notes & tags, and attendance history
  • Immediately email or text clients & leads, or chat clients
  • Managing membership and payment details
  • Adding new memberships and payment methods
  • Viewing client & lead answers to your Waiver questions

• Slideout "Burger" Menu: a collapsible side menu for quick navigation between functions
• Client & Lead lists: a full list of clients and leads to pull up in Quick View, with global search functions, and the ability to create new clients and leads
• Waiver Management: quickly send, sign, and create links and QR codes for waivers

Core in a mobile browser is fully functional for all of the functions above, as well as more complex Wodify functions like:

• Building & editing workouts
• Creating and managing classes
• Accessing client/lead lists
• Managing client/lead profiles (including adding payment methods)
• Email & Announcement communication features
• Media Library use
• Reviewing invoice details

Shortcuts for Easy Point of Sale access

Make sure to add the shortcut for easy access to your POS on mobile! Here are the steps listed for iOS and Android devices:

iPhone 

• From a Chrome or Safari browser, navigate to pos.wodify.com
• Select the "Keep me signed in" checkbox and log in
• Tap the share button

• Now just tap the new "app" or shortcut on your home screen, and it will open Wodify Point of Sale in a new window

Android
