Integrating AM Cards with Wodify Workflows automates personalised client touchpoints, boosting engagement while saving time.


Pre-requisite Pro-Tip

To use this feature, you’ll need an active AM Cards account separate from Wodify.


AM Cards <> Wodify Connection

In AMcards:

  1. Log in to amcards.com
  2. Open Account Settings > Integrations > API Documentation
  3. Click Generate Access Token, enter "Wodify", and then click Submit
  4. Copy the token that appears


In Wodify:

  1. Log in to app.wodify.com and go to Automations > Workflow Builder
  2. Open Connections
  3. Click Create, choose Connection, and search for "AM Cards"
  4. Select All Locations, paste your access token, and click Connect

FAQs

  1. "Why isn’t my AMcards access token working in Wodify?" Answer: This usually happens if the token wasn’t copied correctly, has expired, or wasn’t generated under the correct AM Cards account. Regenerating a fresh token typically fixes it.
  2. "Do I need to reconnect AM Cards if I update my workflows?" Answer: No—once the connection is active, your workflows will continue using it automatically. You only need to reconnect if the token is deleted or becomes invalid.
  3. "What can I automate in Wodify once AMcards is connected?" Answer: Once connected, you can automatically send personalised cards based on workflow triggers—such as new memberships, milestones, anniversaries, cancellations, or any custom logic you build.
