Why This Matters

When getting prepared for an upcoming class, you may need to make changes to attendees, coaches, class limits, or even send out last minute communication. Why go to your computer when you can do everything with the Wodify Client App's Coach View?

Step-By-Step How To

Changing Coaches in Coach View

You may want to change coaches for a class because of last minute scheduling changes - we've all had them. This is done quickly and easily from the Wodify Client App.

  1. While viewing the class, select the pencil icon in the upper right corner
  2. Tap "Manage coaches"
  3. Select the coach you wish to add to the class and assign their position
  4. If you wish to remove a coach, select their name and tap "Remove"
  5. Tap "Save" in the upper right

Changing Class Limit in Coach View

A class might have more walk-ins than you'd expected. If you don't want to turn members away, you can increase the class limit.

  1. While viewing the class, select the pencil icon in the upper right corner
  2. Tap "Change limit"
  3. Adjust the number as need
  4. Save

Managing Attendees in Coach View

In the Client App's Coach View, you can add, remove, and communicate with your attendees on the fly.

  • Click into the class and from here you can
    • Add a member
    • Cancel a sign-in
    • Access the Class Chat
    • Tap an attendee's name to access their quick view profile

FAQs

  1. "Can any employee make these changes?"
Answer: Only an Admin can assign and remove coaches. Managers and coaches only have the ability to sign themselves in or cancel their own sign-in. Any employee role can change class limits and manage attendees.
  2. "Can members respond to the coach in class chat?"
Answer: A member cannot initiate the chat, but they can respond once an employee does. It sends as a group in-app message to everyone who is reserved in the class at that time.
