Flexible Drop-In Pricing allows you to quickly set up one-time events—such as seminars, community workouts, and special celebrations—while offering custom pricing or free admission. This helps you boost engagement and streamline registration for both members and non-members.

Pre-requisite Pro-Tip

Before creating your event, ensure you’ve configured a dedicated Program for one-time events. This helps you avoid impacting your regular class schedule and memberships.
You can later add or remove this Program from existing memberships using the Mass Update Tool if you’d like current members to attend at no cost.

Step-By-Step How To:

Create Your Event Program

  1. Go to Classes > Programs.

  2. Click + Program to create a new program specifically for your event.

  3. Save the program.

Create the Event Class & Set Pricing

  1. Navigate to Classes > Calendar.

  2. Click + Class to create your event.

  3. Enter your event details (name, time, attendance limits, etc.).

  4. Scroll to Drop-In Pricing and set the event fee (or leave it $0 for free events).

  5. If you want the event publicly accessible, toggle Allow Drop-In under Online Sales.

  6. For private or invite-only events, use Membership Sales Permalinks or QR Codes instead of enabling public drop-ins.

Attach a Waiver & Questionnaire

  1. Go to Communication > Waivers.

  2. Create a new waiver or questionnaire specific to your event.

  3. Assign it to the event’s Program.

  4. During registration, attendees will automatically be prompted to complete the assigned waiver, helping you collect participant info and generate lead profiles

FAQs

Can my existing members attend the event for free?
Yes! You can use the Mass Update Tool to add the event Program to your members’ memberships so they are not charged a drop-in fee.

Do event attendees need to sign a waiver?

Can I keep my event private?
Yes. Instead of enabling public drop-ins, simply share your Membership Sales Permalink or QR Code with only the people you want to invite.
