Tag Manager gives you a single place to create, color-code, order, and maintain tags used across Wodify so the most important people and statuses stand out — for example, highlighting your warmest leads or VIP clients.

Step-By-Step How To Use Tag Manager
Open Tag Manager
Sign in to your Wodify Admin account.
Go to Account > Global Settings .
Select Tag Manager
Edit a Tag
From Tag Manager, locate the tag you want to change.
Click Edit (pencil icon) next to the tag.
Update the Name, Color, or Description.
Click Save.
Delete a Tag
In Tag Manager, click the Delete (trash) icon for the tag you want to remove.
Confirm the deletion.
Note: Deleting a tag removes it from all profiles where it was applied — consider renaming or deactivating instead if you want to preserve historical data.
Reorder Tags
Use drag-and-drop handles (The 6 dots) in the Tag Manager to reorder tags.
The order you set determines how tags appear in tag pickers and may affect visibility in UI lists.
Apply Tags to Profiles
Go to People > Clients or People > Leads.
Open a profile and find the Tags field or tags area.
Start typing the tag name to add it (or choose from the list).
Save the profile.
Pro-Tip: You can apply multiple tags to a single profile to track multiple attributes (e.g.,
Hot Lead+Follow Up).
Bulk Tagging
From the People > Clients / Leads list, use the checkboxes to select multiple profiles.
Choose Bulk Actions → Add Tag (or Remove Tag) and select the tag to apply.
Confirm the bulk update.
If you don’t see bulk tagging, check your role permissions or contact support for guidance.

Where do tags show up in Wodify? Tags appear on Client and Lead profiles, Workouts, Invoices, Email Templates, Payouts, and more!
Can a tag be applied to both Clients and Leads? Yes — tags are global and can be applied to Clients, Leads, and other tag-enabled objects across Wodify. Client tags and Lead tags are independent of one another.
What happens if I rename or delete a tag? Renaming a tag updates it everywhere it’s used. Deleting a tag removes it from all profiles — use caution. If you want to stop using a tag but preserve data, consider renaming it (for archival) or documenting its retirement in the description.
