Understanding how to use and customize the Quick Nav Header Menu ensures you can quickly and easily access Global Search, use prebuilt or custom shortcuts, set a default homepage, and navigate Wodify seamlessly on any desktop or mobile device. 

What the Quick Nav Does

The Quick Nav header menu provides fast access to essential tools in Wodify. Its core functions include:

• Prebuilt and customizable shortcuts to any page inside or outside Wodify

• Nav Bar customization (choose which shortcuts appear)

   

Editing Your Nav Bar

You can add up to 5 shortcuts to your Quick Nav.

1. Go to Profile Dropdown > Edit Nav Bar
2. Select the drop down on a blank spot, or on an existing shortcut to change it
3. Choose from the Optional or Default Shortcuts to add them to the Quick Nav

Create Custom Link Shortcuts

Choosing Create New Link allows you to add a shortcut to any URL, with a custom name and icon.

1. Select the drop down on a blank spot or an existing shortcut to change it
2. Select "Create New Link"
3. Choose a picture under the Icon drop down
4. Input a name
5. Insert a URL
6. Click "Save"

Note: You can make any Wodify page (e.g., Classes → Reservations, Reports, Financial pages) a shortcut using the Custom Link. You can also link any external website like social media.

Answer: Most users choose shortcuts for the actions they perform daily—like creating clients, sending waivers, or checking class calendars. You can customize up to five shortcuts, so pick the tasks or pages that save you the most time or that you access frequently!
2. "Can I use Quick Nav on mobile the same way I do on desktop?" Answer: Yes! Quick Nav is fully accessible on mobile. Custom links to websites that have mobile apps (like Instagram) will open the corresponding app, making navigation even faster on the go.
