The Activity Feed gives you a chronological audit trail of who did what and when across your business — essential for troubleshooting automations, verifying staff changes, and tracking communications with clients and leads.

 


Pro-Tip

The Activity Feed is available in two places: a global/business-level feed (accessible from Admin) and a profile-specific feed on every Client and Lead profile. 

 


Step-By-Step How To

 

A. Review the global Activity Feed (Admin)

  1. In the left navigation panel, locate Account > Activity Feed

  2. Use the available controls to filter or search the feed (for example by date range, event type, client/lead, or employee).

  3. Click any event to expand the details and see the who/what/when and any related associations.

B. Review a profile-specific Activity Feed (single Client or Lead)

  1. Go to People > Clients (or People > Leads).

  2. Click the client or lead to open their profile.

  3. Select the Activity Feed tab in the profile to view actions specific to that person.

  4. Click any entry to view full event details and associations.

Quick mobile tip: You can view a profile-specific Activity Feed from a Client’s quick-nav in the Client App (handy for on-the-go checks).
