Creating a Kiosk+ template with Custom Panels will allow you to save your preferred Kiosk+ layout to choose from the next time you or any other employee log in so that you can save time before class!

How do I configure Custom Panels for my Business?

1. When you first open up Kiosk+ you will need to create your preferred dashboard with the display settings of your choosing 
2. Once you are satisfied with the layout of your Kiosk+ navigate to the Right Side Menu options to select Save Template 
3. You will be given the chance to name and save your layout 
4. If you're already using a saved template, you'll also have the option to override its current layout 
5. To open any pre-saved templates click Open Template and select the one that you created.
6. You can also rename and delete saved templates from this screen by clicking on the ellipsis. 

User tip: embedding HTML codes are useful for:

• Spotify - play your music right from your hardware setup!
• YouTube - loop movement videos or highlight special videos - like Murph! You can even include live streams if necessary! Check out this website on how you can retrieve the HTML code from Youtube.

How do I access the Leaderboard Panel?

1. Select Add Panel
2. Select 'Leaderboard'
3. After you have chosen the proper fields, proceed by selecting Add

How do I use the Sign In Panel?

When a reserved client shows up late or was initially treated as a no-show, you can correct their attendance directly in Kiosk+.

1. In Kiosk+, open the layout that includes your Sign-In or Results panel.

2. At the top of the panel, select the correct Location, Date, Program, and Class.

3. Locate the client in the roster. They may appear as reserved but not yet signed in.

4. Click the circle next to their name to mark them as Signed In for that class.

5. Verify the client now appears as signed in in the panel you are using.

How do I use the Results Panel?

The Results panel is designed for both attendance and in-class scoring, so you do not need to switch screens to track performance.

1. In Kiosk+, open a layout that includes the Results panel or Performance panel

2. At the top of the panel, select the correct Location, Date, Program(s), and Class.

3. If using a Results panel, the client must be signed in to add associated workout results.

4. Enter the client’s result (load, time, reps, rounds, etc.) and save.

5. Repeat this for all clients, updating scores as needed throughout or after class.

Because the Results panel combines sign-ins and scoring, coaches can run an entire class having to use both the sign-in and performance panels.

How do I access the Performance Panel?

The Performance panel gives you deeper historic context that complements your attendance and daily results panels.

1. In Kiosk+, click Add Panel and select Performance, or open a layout that already includes it.

2. In the Performance panel, go to the Performance Card tab.

3. Choose a Client from the dropdown.

4. Choose a Component (for example, Back Squat, Fran, or 5k Run).

5. Review the client’s historical results, including:

   • Personal records (PRs) and 1-Rep Maxes

   • Past scores and dates

   • Any percentage work based on their 1RM (if applicable)

6. If you need to add a new historic or off-class result, switch to the Add Performance tab and log the score for that client and component.

1. "How do I adjust the zoom in Kiosk+?"
   Answer: Use the slide at the top of each panel to zoom in or out for the perfect display on any screen.
2. "Can I change the Kiosk+ background color?"
   Answer: Kiosk+ supports light mode and dark mode, so you can customize the display to match your gym’s aesthetic. Head to Settings in Kiosk+ to switch between modes.
3. "Can I customize Kiosk+ with my business's branding?"
   Answer: Absolutely. Kiosk+ supports custom branding, so you can showcase your gym’s colors and logos. To update:
   1. Log into Wodify Core
   2. Go to Web & Mobile > Custom Branding
   3. Upload your brand’s colors and logos
