The Kiosk+ Appointment Panel allows you to manage all of the Appointments at your business. This panel serves as a supplement to the Appointment Calendar and Coach View tab of the App.

Accessing the Appointment Panel
To access the Appointment Panel
- Click the Kiosk+ icon in the bottom left corner of Wodify Core.
- Click "Add Panel" and choose "Appointments."
- Select the Location, Date, and Service
- After selecting a date from the dropdown, all Appointments will be displayed.
Additionally, you can add multiple other Panels and save a template for easy reuse.
Navigating The Panel
The Appointments Panel will display all Appointments under the selected date and Service. You can easily adjust the date and services via the arrow on the top left corner of the Panel. The Appointments Panel includes the same Zoom functionality as the rest of Kiosk+ and includes a search bar to easily locate specific Appointments.
Managing Appointments
The new Panel will allow you to manage the following Appointment Details:
- Sign in both the Client and Provider.
- Cancel the Appointment or individual booking (if more than one person is booked)
- Immediately mark the Client as a No-show.
- Change the Provider
- Coming Soon* - Easily book another session based on the provider's availability.
Note: You'll see real-time functionality of bookings, sign-ins, and cancellations within the Appointments panel. For example, if a client cancels on their app, it will automatically update on the panel without the need for a page refresh!
