Why This Matters
Updating the schedule on your Wodify Site ensures that your class times are accurately being reflected across platforms. Please note that the schedule may be integrated one of two ways on your Wodify Site — through a widget that is controlled through the website editor, or through an embedded version.
Pre-Requisite Pro-Tip
Please note that the schedule may be integrated one of two ways on your Wodify Site — through a widget managed through the website editor, or through an embedded version from Wodify Core (embedded versions seen in the images below).
How to Edit Schedule Widgets
If your website uses the schedule widget, updates need to be made through the website editor.
- From the left side navigation of the website editor, click Content > Collections.
- Click on the Program Schedule collection to edit your class schedule.
- From the collection page, you'll see a table with all of your schedule details. You can add new line items to add new programs to your schedule, delete line items to permanently remove a class, hide/show classes by clicking on the eyeball icon, or change times and dates for existing programs.
- To edit a specific class, hover over the row you want to edit and click on the pencil icon to expand the record. The Class Name, Start Time, and End Time will appear on the schedule widget. Adding an "x" or any text to a certain day of the week will make that class appear on the corresponding day on the widget. The item ID field can be anything you’d like (this field will not affect the appearance on the website).
- Check the order of the collection to ensure classes are listed by start time (earliest to latest) to set the order of the classes that appear on the widget. To edit the order of a class, simply drag and drop the entire row in the collection to wherever it needs to be.
- Changes made in the Program Schedule collection will be automatically reflected on all schedule widgets across your website. To preview the changes made, you can view your schedule page, homepage, or any other page in the site editor that has a schedule widget.
- Click Republish to send your changes live on the website.
How to Edit Embedded Schedules
If your website has an embedded schedule, all updates made to your class schedule in Core will automatically be reflected on the website. Contact support@wodify.com if you'd like to replace your website schedule with the embedded version, or you're having trouble getting the embedded schedule to update.
Want Your Schedule to Update Automatically?
With the embedded class schedule from Wodify Core, any changes you make to the schedule in Core will automatically reflect on your site. If you would like to have your Core scheduled embedded, please reach out to us at support@wodify.com.
FAQs
Q: I added a new class to the Program Schedule collection, but it isn’t showing up on my calendar widget.
A: Make sure you’ve entered an “x” in the day-of-the-week column for the day(s) the class should appear, and that you’ve clicked Republish after saving. The widget only displays classes that have an “x” entered for at least one day.
Q: How do I permanently remove a class versus temporarily hiding it?
A: To permanently remove a class, delete the entire row from the Program Schedule collection by clicking the box on the leftmost side of the row. Then click on the trash can that appears above the table to delete the row.
To temporarily hide a class (for example, during a holiday or program break), click the eyeball icon on the row to toggle visibility off — you can toggle it back on later without re-entering the class details.
Q: My schedule is embedded from Wodify Core, but recent changes aren’t appearing on my site.
A: Embedded schedules typically refresh automatically. If your changes aren’t showing within a few minutes, please reach out to support@wodify.com so our team can take a look.
Q: I want to change the settings on my embedded schedule (hide a program, change the layout, etc.) — not just update class times. How do I do that?
A: Class time updates flow automatically from Wodify Core to your embedded schedule, but other changes — like hiding a specific program, changing the schedule’s design, or adjusting which classes appear — require pulling a fresh embed code from Core with the new settings and swapping it into your site. Contact support@wodify.com and our team can help with this
