Why This Matters

The Mobile Retail feature allows gym clients to browse, filter, and purchase retail products directly through the Wodify Mobile App. With a streamlined shopping experience, you can view available items, select product variants, manage your cart, and check out with saved payment methods — all from your phone.


Accessing the Buy Tab

  1. Open the Wodify Mobile App.
  2. Navigate to the Buy tab.
  3. Switch between:
    • Products – Retail items available for purchase.
    • Memberships – Purchase or renew your memberships.

Note: If you are unable to access the Buy Tab, this means the business admin may not allow mobile purchases as this time!

Product Selection

The Products view includes:

  • Top Navigation – Location dropdown (applicable if your gym has multiple locations).
  • Recently Purchased – Quickly see your favorite items.
  • Search Bar – Find products by name.
  • Sort/Filter – Narrow down results by price, availability, and more.
  • Product Cards – Each shows product name, price, and applicable chips:
    • Out of Stock – Item is unavailable for purchase.
    • Self Service – Item can be purchased directly without staff assistance.

Viewing Product Details

  1. Quick Add a product to the cart by clicking the "+" button on the Product Selection Page.
  2. Tap on a product to open its Product Page.
  3. See:
    • Images of the product.
    • Variants/Options (e.g., size, color).
    • Product Description (scrollable below variants).

Purchase Options

  • Add to Cart – This will always be available if the product is eligible for purchase.
  • Swipe to Buy Available only if:
    • Self-Service is enabled for the product.
    • All required variants are selected (if applicable).
    • The Minimum Cart Value (MCV) is met (if applicable).
    • You have a credit card or ACH/Bank Account as your default payment method.
  • See Staff to Purchase – Appears grayed out if the product is not set for Self-Service.

Using the Cart

  • Access your cart via the Cart icon in the bottom right corner.
  • Review selected items, quantities, and prices.
  • Tap Checkout button to proceed.

  • What is included in the Cart Details Screen?

    When you tap the cart icon, the Cart Details screen opens, showing all products you’ve added. Some of the features included on this page are:
    • Ellipsis Dropdown Menu – This gives you the option to either:
      • Clear Cart
      • Add Promo Code (note: promo codes are not discounts; they apply predefined offers).
    • Promo Codes – Once applied, these will appear as:
      • A line item in the cart or
      • A chip in the order summary at the bottom
    • Managing Items:
      • Swipe Left:
        • Long/Hard swipe – Removes the item entirely (all quantities).
        • Small/Soft swipe – Reveals a “Delete” button.
      • Quantity Dropdown – Changing quantity to “0” will remove the item from your cart.
  • What are the options for the Checkout Process?

    • Store Credit First – Store credit will appear as the first available payment method in checkout.
      • Toggle on to apply available store credit.
      • When enabled, the total updates, and a "$__ store credit applied" chip appears under the total.
      • Turning it off reverts the total to the original amount.
      • If MCV is not met, you can purchase store credit to then use for your retail purchase.
    • Payment Methods – Your saved credit cards and bank accounts will display after store credit.
      • You can use existing payment methods or add new ones (if allowed by admin settings).
      • Default payment methods are labeled.
    • Minimum Cart Value (MCV) Enforcement
      • If MCV is not reached:
        • Credit card and bank account payment methods are disabled.
        • Clicking a disabled payment method shows a tooltip message explaining that MCV has not been met.
        • You can purchase store credit in the amount of the MCV to then use for your retail purchase.
