Why This Matters

Accurate and up-to-date business information is key to building trust with your customers and maintaining credibility online. Whether you’re adjusting your hours of operation, updating contact details, or adding social media information, it’s important to ensure your website reflects the most current version of your business. 

Business information is connected to the footer of your site and other places such as “Contact Us” pages or contact forms. 


 

Step-By-Step How To: Update Your Business Information

  1. On the sidebar of your website editor, click Content, then click Business Info.
  2. From there you can edit all of your business information including your business name, logo, address, phone numbers, emails, social media handles, and hours.
  1. To edit / add social media information, click on the icon and add your handle after the backslash. To remove an icon, simply delete your handle. 
  2. To edit business hours, click on the days of the week you are open and adjust the times. To add more hours, you can click +Add Hours. To remove hours, click the x next to the times you want to remove. 
  3. Changes made in Business Info will be automatically reflected anywhere your site has this information (usually on the footer or the contact us sections) You can preview your edits in the site editor to see those changes.
  4. Click "Republish" to send your changes live.
