Why This Matters

Not only does the Online Sales page allow clients to purchase memberships, but it can also be used to display your Free Trials and Drop-in class schedule. Potential clients can then make reservations, sign waivers, and pay their drop-in fee through the Online Sales page before setting foot in your business. 


 

Pre-requisite Pro-Tip

Free Trials and Free Intros can be booked for any number of Dependents, along with the Guardian. There is no limit on how many dependents can be booked at a time!

Step-By-Step How To: Configuring Classes

  1. Head over to Web & Mobile > Online Sales.
  2. In the Memberships, click the checkbox next to Drop-In under Class Packs.
    • Select the Programs and Recurring classes available for a drop-in
    • Click Save
  3. In the Memberships, click the checkbox next to Free Trial
    • Select the Programs and Recurring classes available for a free trial
    • Click Save

Step-By-Step How To: Configuring Recurring Classes

  1. Select Classes
  2. Select List
  3. Select the Recurring Tab
  4. Choose your Recurring Class
  5. De-select the days to disable Drop-in or Free Trial using the respective checkboxes on the screen
  6. Toggle on Drop In or Free Trial Limit to set the number of Drop Ins or Free Trials in the class 
  7. Select Save

  1. Select Classes
  2. Select List
  3. Select the One Time Classes tab
  4. Choose or create your One Time Class
  5. Scroll to the Online Sales Page section
  6. Toggle on Drop In or Free Trial support
  7. Toggle on Drop In or Free Trial Limit to set the number of Drop Ins or Free Trials in the class 
  8. Select Save
