Step-By-Step How To: Enabling the Gender-Neutral View

  1. Go to Account > Global Settings
  2. Toggle to enable Gender Neutral Experience 
  3. Select Non-gendered if you wish to have your Kiosk+ default to a non-gendered view
  4. Click Save

Step-By-Step How To: Change gender details within the Mobile App 

  1. Go to the Mobile App
  2. Click the hamburger icon in the top left of the screen and then select Settings
  3. Select the Profile section under Account
  4. Scroll down to Gender to edit your gender selection > Make changes
  5. Save
