| AWS | Personal data such as user accounts, IP addresses, and usage metrics may be collected and stored on AWS servers for the purpose of hosting and managing applications, databases, and other services requested by the user. This data is processed in accordance with AWS's privacy policy and may be used to optimize service performance and ensure security. |
| ZenDesk | Personal data (ID, name, email etc.) is synced with Zendesk so that we may identify ticket requestors, respond to them in a personalized fashion, and establish context for their request. |
| Cloudinary | Media files such as images and videos uploaded by the user are stored and processed on Cloudinary servers for the purpose of hosting and delivering digital content. This data may be accessed and managed by the user through Cloudinary's services and is subject to their privacy policy. |
| Ezidebit | Personal and sensitive data (ID, name, email, address, payment info), as provided by the user for the express purpose of storing or using a payment method, is uploaded directly to Ezidebit in order to process the user's payments for services or products they requested. |
| Twilio | Personal information such as phone numbers, SMS messages, and call logs may be collected and processed by Twilio for the purpose of providing communication services such as SMS and voice messaging. This data is processed in accordance with Twilio's privacy policy and may be used to facilitate secure and reliable communication between users. |
| Personal information including name, email address, and usage data may be collected and processed by Google for the purpose of providing various services such as email, cloud storage, and productivity tools. This data may also be used for analytics and advertising purposes in accordance with Google's privacy policy. | |
| MailChimp/Mandrill | Personal data including email addresses, names, and contact information provided by the user is stored and processed by Mailchimp for the purpose of sending marketing communications and managing email campaigns. This data may also be used for analytics and segmentation purposes in accordance with Mailchimp's privacy policy. |
| Myzone | Personal and sensitive data, provided by the user for the express purpose of creating a Myzone account, is sent to Myzone so that they may create a Myzone account for the user. This data is only collected and use IF the user chooses to create an account. |
| Pendo | Personal and demographic data (ID, name, email, country, etc.) is synced with Pendo so that we can target in-app messages to relevant user groups and identify users in Wodify so that we may provide faster and better support to your customers and aid your engineering team in solving bugs and improving their user experience |
| Plaid | Financial data such as bank account information and transaction history provided by the user is securely transmitted to Plaid for the purpose of facilitating financial transactions and account verification. Plaid may process this data in accordance with their privacy policy to provide services such as account aggregation and financial analytics. |
| Smartlook | Usage data and website interactions including mouse movements, clicks, and navigation paths may be collected and processed by Smartlook for the purpose of analyzing user behavior and improving website usability. This data is processed in accordance with Smartlook's privacy policy and may be used to generate reports and insights for website optimization. |
| Stripe | Personal and sensitive data (ID, name, email, address, payment info), as provided by the user for the express purpose of storing or using a payment method, is uploaded directly to Stripe in order to process the user's payments for services or products they requested. |
