With Wodify Payments (and with most payment processors in general), you’ll notice that there’s a delay between when your client is billed, and when that money is deposited into your bank account.

The process of confirming a credit card or ACH/direct debit payment takes several steps for confirmation and security; depending on your location, the number of steps and the time to process them can vary. 

This article will lay out the payout processing timeline for different countries using Wodify Payments. You can refer to the chart below to see the processing time between when a payment is made by your client, and when that payment is deposited to your connected bank account.

Payout Timeline Schedule

Example: If your account is in a country with a 3 business day payout speed, Wodify Payments pays out funds daily from transactions captured 3 business days earlier. Most banks deposit payouts into your bank account as soon as they receive them, though some might take a few extra days to make them available. The type of business and the country you’re in can also affect payout timing.

Note: When processing a large amount of transactions, like on the first of the month, your payouts may take longer than usual for successful payment to appear in the Financial > Payouts view. 

Remember, you can always check the exact date a payout will be processed in your Wodify admin portal, under the Financial > Payouts tab.
