Deactivating your Wodify Core Account

Engage, Grow, Promote, Free Unlimited, Essentials, Accelerate, & Ultimate.

 

Why This Matters

Preparing your Wodify environment before deactivation ensures all essential data, billing, and account details are properly wrapped up. This helps you avoid surprises and guarantees a clean, worry-free deactivation. 

 

Disable Merchant Integration

If you would like to prevent any further billing in Wodify, please disable the existing merchant integration right away by following these steps:

  • Select Financial > Settings
  • Wodify Payments Accounts > Click into the Account
  • Scroll down to Locations > Click "X" to disable the Location
  • Save

 🚫  This will prevent any future invoices from running automatically. 🚫 

 

Client Performance Data

If a member wants a copy of their entire performance history, please direct them to support@wodify.com and we'll get them all the info they need!

 

Download Reports 

Please be sure to export all reports you want to hold on to for safekeeping. 

  • Analytics > Reporting > People
  • Analytics > Reporting > Attendance
  • Analytics > Reporting > Financial
  • Analytics > Reporting > Performance Results
     

⚠️You will no longer have access to these when your environment is deactivated.

 

Remove any Website Integration

  • Digital Presence > Web Integrations > Select any Enabled Options > Disable
