Why This Matters
Including videos and/or images in your workouts allows your clients to get a preview of what to expect for the day in the app and helps reduce the new client jitters. These can also be played on a loop during breakdown portions of the workout on the Kiosk+. Videos can be pulled right from YouTube or Vimeo.

Step-By-Step How To
This article will help you embed videos from YouTube and Vimeo and images into your Workout so that clients can view them in-app and at the Kiosk.
How to Embed Images in Workouts
- Once you are in the workout builder
- Click and drag the image icon from the left menu into the appropriate date
- You can pull an image from your computer or from Media Library
- Click select image to upload from your computer
- Click media library to pull from your library
- Crop & rotate the image as needed
- Click save
- Add additional comments if preferred
- Click save
How to Embed Videos in Workouts
- Once you are in the workout builder
- Click and drag the video icon from the left menu into the appropriate date
- Name the video
- Pull from different options:
- Link: Vimeo or YouTube
- Attach: from computer
- Media Library: from media library
- Add additional comments if preferred
- Click save
YouTube and Vimeo URLs
To copy the URL from YouTube to Wodify, you have two options:
- Copy the URL directly from the browser bar
(e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ruI8t9148uA)
- Copy the shortened 'Share' URL from YouTube
Note: Your YouTube video cannot be set to Private. It must be Unlisted or Public. Here is more info on how to update your video's privacy settings.
To copy the URL from Vimeo to Wodify, you have two options:
- Copy the URL directly from the browser bar
(e.g. https://vimeo.com/134716774)
- Copy the 'Share' link from Vimeo
Note: Private Vimeo videos are supported, but embedding must be enabled on the video in order for it to appear correctly in Wodify. If you are having trouble embedding your Vimeo video, check to ensure that embedding has not been disabled on the video. You can do this in Settings > General > Privacy.
