Why This Matters
In the case that one of your locations closes or you choose to split it into a separate Wodify environment, there are steps that you as an admin will need to complete to deactivate the location.
These steps include:
- Void Unpaid Invoices
- Deactivating Memberships
- Changing the Location of Sale
- Changing the Location of Sale in Membership Template(s)
- Change Default Location
Step-By-Step How To: Void Unpaid Invoices
- Financial > Invoices
- Unpaid This Month > + Filter
- Filter by Location > Apply
- Select All on the left hand side > Select all XX items in this list
- Apply > Three dot icon > Void Invoice

- Analytics > Reports
- Memberships > All Memberships
- Filter by Location in the Location field > Sort by Membership Name
- Click into each client profile with a membership applied > Click into the Membership

- Classes > Memberships
- Click into the Membership Template
- Scroll down to Payment Plans > Click into the Payment Plan
- Edit > Make changes > Save

- Click into the Client Profile > Click into the Active Membership
- Adjust the Location of Sale > Save

Step-By-Step How To: Change Default Location
- Navigate to People > Clients > All > click on the drop down arrow
- Filter the clients by the default location and select the location you are looking to deactivate in the second dropdown box
- Select all of the clients by clicking the checkbox in the upper left then click on "select all XX items on this list" in the upper right to select all clients including the ones not on the page.
- Click the Ellipsis (3 dots) menu and click change default location to a different location
- Save
