Why This Matters

Just joined a Wodify gym and need to set up your account? This article will walk you through how to activate your account so you can log into the app!


Pre-requisite Pro-Tip

Be sure that you have signed up at a Wodify-Powered business before attempting to activate your account.


Step-By-Step How To

  1. Go to your email
  2. Locate the email with subject line: "Welcome to [businessname]!"
  3. Click the registration link
  4. Create a password
  5. Download the app 
  6. Login


Updated Password Requirements

To help keep accounts secure, we’ve updated the password rules used when you create a new password or change an existing one.

These requirements apply when you set a password during:

Account creation

Password reset

Note: We are not forcing existing users to update their current passwords. These rules only apply when a password is newly created or updated going forward.

 

Password Requirements

When setting a password, it must include:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z)
  • At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z)
  • At least 1 special character (for example: ! @ # $ % ^ & *)

     

    Error Messages you may see:

You may see inline messages if:

Your password doesn’t meet the requirements
For example: it’s under 8 characters or missing an uppercase/lowercase/special character.

Your passwords don’t match
Password and Confirm Password must be identical before you can submit.

 

Tips for creating a strong password

Use a phrase you’ll remember, then add complexity such as a special character or upper case.

Avoid easily guessed passwords or personal info.

Consider using a password manager to generate and store a secure password.


FAQs

  1. Can I track my own workouts without being a part of a Wodify powered business? Answer: Yes! Email support@wodify.com to join our Wodify Unite community. 
  2. I can't find my registration email. What do I do? Anwer: Check your spam folder! Sometimes these get lost in there, but once you interact with a Wodify email, you should see them easily fall into your inbox!
  3. I already have a Wodify account with a different business, what do I do? Answer: Nothing! Once you activate your account, it will merge the accounts so you can easily toggle between the two. 
  4. I had a Wodify account at a different business, but I just signed up at a different business, will I be able to use the same email address? Answer: We actually encourage you to use the same email address so that you can have your historical performance data! If your other account is inactive, that's no problem. You data will still carry over, you just won't be able to access that separate account.
