Why This Matters

If you are an active client at two different locations, you can merge your accounts and switch between accounts seamlessly. You can continue to track those PRs and performance data points in both accounts! 

 


 

Step-By-Step How To

 

Switching Accounts via the Wodify Mobile App

  1. Tap the hamburger menu icon in the top left
  2. At the bottom of the side menu, you will see Switch Business and a dropdown list of your gyms

 

Switching Accounts via the Client Web Portal

  1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner 
  2. Click Switch Business 

 


 

 


 

FAQs

  1. "I clicked the link in my email to merge my account. Why can't I see my other gym in the app?"
    Answer: You may need to log out of the app and back in to refresh these changes.
  2. "Is the method the same if I am a coach?"
    Answer: So long as you used the same email address for both Wodify profiles, yes!
