- This email goes out very quickly after purchasing a membership, so check your spam and junk folders if you don't receive it.
- Click the registration link.
- Our system will merge your profiles instantly!
FAQs
- "What if I am still active at my other gym?"
Answer: You will have the ability to switch between gyms in the Client App via dropdown selection at the bottom of the side menu. - "But what if my profile at the old gym was deactivated years ago? Or that old gym closed down?"
Answer: Not to worry! Your past performance history is still available because we securely keep essential records to support your experience with us. - "I was a member at the same gym years ago but used a different email address. Can these accounts be merged?"
Answer: Multiple accounts at the same business cannot be merged.
