Exporting Client Data

You can export your list of clients from People > Clients in Wodify, which will provide your clients' info in spreadsheet form. This exported spreadsheet also includes more details about each client than the list within Wodify. This can be useful for building external phone or mailing lists, creating custom reports, and more!


How to Export

When you go to People > Clients in Wodify Core, by default, you'll be brought to your Active & On-Ramp list.

  • You can use the tabs at the top of the page to select another group of clients
  • Alternately, you can adjust the search filters to find a specific group of clients

Once you have the list of clients you want, check the box next to any client you want to export

Note: select the box at the top of the list to select everyone on the current page; click on the Select All link that pops up to select all clients across all pages

An ellipsis will appear at the top of the page as soon as you start selecting clients

  • Once you've selected your clients, click into this three dotted widget and select Export
  • Depending on your browser, you may have to click Save or Okay to save this file

You've now exported the file! This should be exported in spreadsheet form (.xlsx) and can be opened with spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets


Note: You'll notice that the exported version of this spreadsheet includes more detail than the client list within Wodify. The exported version of this list includes:

  • Client User ID Number
  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Mailing/Postal Address
  • Zip Code
  • Time Zone
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Member Since Date
  • Emergency Contact Info
  • Role (Client/Coach/Manager/Admin)
  • Client Status (Active/Inactive)
  • Default Program and Location
  • Lead Source
  • Permission to Like/Comment
  • Last Attendance Date
  • Dependent Status (if applicable)
  • Suspension Status
