Component's Last Use
This report provides a list of all Workout components and how many weeks it has been since each component has been used as a benchmark workout. It also shows the total number of times each component has been used as well as a history popup of each date and Workout name the component was used in.
Performance Results: Gymnastics
This report provides a list of all past performance for a specific gymnastic component.
Performance Results: Metcons
This report provides a list of all past performance for a specific metcon component.
Performance Results: PRs
This report provides a list of all PRs for a selected component type.
Performance Results: Weightlifting
This report provides a list of all past performance for a specific weightlifting component.
Performance Results: Weightlifting Totals
This report provides a list of all past performance for a specific weightlifting component totals.
