What Are Workflows?
Wodify Workflows is your central hub for automation inside Wodify. Each Automation (also called Workflow or Recipe)-made up of triggers and actions—helps you create organized, repeatable processes that run automatically based on what happens in your business.
Workflows operate using Recipes, which are made up of two parts:
Trigger – The event that starts the workflow
Actions – The steps that automatically occur once the trigger fires
Example:
When a new lead is created (trigger):
Enroll the lead into a workflow (action)
Send a welcome email (action)
Create a task for your team to follow up (action)
Navigating Workflows
Wodify Workflows is comprised of three main sections with rich features that simplify your workday:
- Builder
- Workflow Emails
- Enrollment
1. Builder
The Builder is where Workflows are installed and created. In this section, you can create custom workflows and install pre-built Wodify bundles.
Tip: For details on how to build your own custom Workflow recipes, check out our full article on The Workflow Builder!
2. Workflow Emails
When you install a pre-built Wodify bundle, all email templates used within the bundle are installed here. You can also create custom email templates to use within your workflows.

3. Workflow Enrollment
After activating a Workflow, it will show up on your Workflow Enrollment Page, so you can track all your Active workflows and any Leads or Clients currently enrolled.
Tip: To see more exactly who has completed or is currently enrolled in a workflow, click the little "i" icon on the right of Workflow.

How do I know if my Workflows are working?
There are three main places you can see what your Workflows are doing:
1. For a general overview- the Automations > Workflow Enrollment page will show you an overview all all your active Workflows, along with current and past enrollments.
2. For a deep dive into a specific person, the Activity Feed tab on all Lead and Client profiles will track all communications Leads and Clients receive from Workflows
3. For a record of all communications sent, the Account > Activity Feed page will show you a record of all activity across your entire Wodify account. You'll be able to filter for workflow-specific activity only.
