FAQs
Installation & display troubleshooting
What happens if my Intel Stick does not fit into the HDMI port?
Use the HDMI extender.
I cannot get the Myzone screen to display—what should I do next?
Confirm you are using the HDMI input that matches where the Intel Stick is physically connected.
Why won’t the wireless keyboard work?
Ensure the keyboard is fully charged.
Belt registration & Myzone account setup
When registering a belt through the Admin screen, where do I add a device?
Go to Pulse > Add Device.
Why does the system ask for weight and height?
Biometric data helps ensure your belt is displaying accurate data points.
How does a client set up a Myzone account?
When a client registers a brand-new Myzone belt through Wodify Pulse, they’ll be prompted to create a Myzone password. They can then download the Myzone app and log in using those credentials.
Using Pulse tiles & belt care
What do the tiles, icons, and zones mean?
How do I clean my belt?
Wash the elastic portion with mild soap and water. Do not submerge the module or sensors.
Why won’t my belt work / why isn’t it showing data?
Sensors read best when they’re warm. Wear the belt during warm-up, and add moisture to the sensors on the reverse side of your MZ-3 or MZ-1 belt
