Offering Myzone belts through Wodify Pulse helps you turn member interest into action fast—so clients can train with real-time heart-rate data, stay engaged, and keep coming back for measurable progress. 

Pre-requisite pro-tip

Before you purchase or register belts, locate your Facility ID in Wodify Admin by navigating to Pulse > Settings. You’ll use this ID regardless of which purchasing method you choose.

 

Step-by-step how to

Part 1: Purchase Myzone belts

Method 1: Keep belts in stock (recommended)

We recommend keeping belts on hand so clients can purchase immediately while motivation is high.

  1. Log in to myzonemoves.com.

  2. Select the menu (top left).

  3. Click Order.

  4. Purchase belts as needed.

Note: Customers in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the UK, and the US can follow the steps above. Canadian customers should email accounts@myzone.org to request an invoice for additional belts.

 

Method 2: Order only when there is demand (voucher link)

If you can’t keep inventory, you can still sell belts by sharing your facility’s voucher link.

  1. Log in to myzonemoves.com.

  2. Select the menu (top left).

  3. Click Facility Profile.

  4. Click Vouchers.

  5. Share your unique voucher link with clients so they can purchase online.

Note: In this flow, the client purchases the belt for $99 USD, and the sale is attributed to your business (commission varies based on shipping and other factors).

 


Part 2: Register belts in Wodify (Wodify Pulse)

Add a personal device (client-owned belt)

  1. In Wodify Admin, go to Perform > Pulse > Devices.

  2. Click Add Device.

  3. Under Add Personal Device, click Search Client.

  4. Select the client by typing their name.

  5. Enter the belt Serial Number (located on the back of the MZ-3 or MZ-1 hardware).

  6. Click Next to complete the registration steps.

Tip: If the belt is not reading properly, add a small amount of moisture to the sensors on the inside of the strap.
 

Add a loaner belt (shared belt)

Loaner belts are ideal for trials, drop-ins, or clients who forgot/need to charge their belt.

  1. In Wodify Admin, go to Pulse > Devices.

  2. Click Add Device.

  3. Under Add Loaner Device, click Add Serial Number.

  4. Enter the belt Serial Number (back of the MZ-3 or MZ-1 hardware).

  5. Add a Device Nickname (so staff can easily identify it).

  6. Click Save.

Register a belt for a client who already has a Myzone account

If a client already uses Myzone, you can still associate their belt to your facility so their data appears on your Wodify Pulse display.

  1. Go to Perform > Pulse and click Add Device.

  2. Click Search Client and select the client.

  3. Enter the belt Serial Number.

  4. Click Next.

You’ll see a message indicating the client already has a Myzone account; they can keep using it, and the belt will now also be associated to their Wodify account for in-facility display tracking.

FAQs

Where do I find my Facility ID?
You can find it in Wodify Admin under Pulse > Settings.
 

A belt isn’t picking up heart rate—what should I do?
Add a small amount of moisture to the strap sensors (the sensors are on the inside/reverse side of the belt).
 

Can I register a client’s existing Myzone belt (with an existing Myzone account) to my facility?
Yes. Add it as a personal device via Perform > Pulse > Add Device, and follow the prompts—Wodify will confirm the belt is linked to the client and associated with your facility.
