Wodify Workflows launched over two years ago to help you automate and streamline the day-to-day tasks that keep your business running efficiently. From day one, all customers could set up both pre-built and custom automations, with complimentary support from our Business Success team. Any automations enabled during that time remain yours, and we will never charge for them.

At the beginning of this year, we introduced an updated pricing model for Wodify Workflows. 

While the Workflows feature itself is included in every package, each subscription now includes a defined number of automations you can enable. This change reflects the ongoing cost of building, maintaining, and improving the workflows technology, while continuing to deliver the same high-touch, human support our customers expect.

Below, you’ll find the number of automations included with each Wodify subscription package.

Legacy Pricing (Free, Engage, Grow, and Promote)

All of our Legacy pricing packages include two automations. Any automations you created before January 1st, 2026, will not be counted against your automations total.

If you run into a workflow limit on your account, you have two options:

1. Switch to one of our new pricing packages, Accelerate or Ultimate, which come with 15 and unlimited workflows, respectively. 
2. Purchase an Unlimited Automations add-on, which allows you to stay on your current package and have unlimited new workflows. 

Essentials

Our Essentials package includes two automations. Any automations you created before January 1st, 2026, will not be counted against your automations total.

If you run into a workflow limit on your account, you have two options:

1. Upgrade to the Accelerate or Ultimate, which come with 15 and unlimited workflows, respectively. 
2. Purchase an Unlimited Automations add-on, which allows you to stay on your current package and have unlimited new workflows. 

Our Accelerate and Ultimate packages also come with a ton of features not included in our Essentials package. 

• Accelerate: Lead management, Progressions, Custom reports and insights, Groups + shared payments, 250 SMS/month included (US and Canada only)
• Ultimate: Performance Tracking, a Custom Website, Accelerated 1-Day Payouts, our Lowest Processing Rates, and 1,000 free SMS/month (US and Canada only).

Accelerate

Our Accelerate package includes 15 automations. Any automations you created before January 1st, 2026, will not be counted against your automations total.

2. Purchase an Unlimited Automations add-on, which allows you to stay on your current package and have unlimited new workflows 

Our Ultimate package comes with a ton of features not included in our Accelerate package. Including:

• Performance Tracking, a Custom Website, Accelerated 1-Day Payouts, our Lowest Processing Rates, and 1,000 free SMS/month (US and Canada only).

Ultimate

Our Ultimate package includes Unlimited Automations! It also comes with Performance Tracking, a Custom Website, Accelerated 1-Day Payouts, our Lowest Processing Rates, and 1,000 free SMS/month (US and Canada only).
