The Wodify mobile app receives multiple forms of communication, such as Announcements, Chat messages, and likes & comments on workouts.

Viewing notifications

When your app receives notifications, they're visible in the Notifications menu. To open this, tap the "bell" icon in the upper right corner of the app:

In the list of notifications, unread are marked with a shaded row color and a dot.

• Tapping a notification marks it as read, and navigates to the relevant section of the app
• Tapping the button in the top right allows you to "Mark all as read"

Notifications preferences

You can decide which notifications you want to receive.

• In the Wodify mobile app, tap the Side Menu "hamburger" button, and choose Settings > Push Notifications
• In the Push Notifications menu, enable the types of notifications you want to receive
  • Note: employees will have additional options, on top of the client-only options

• Once these options are configured, you can change them at any time, and you'll receive only the selected types of notifications in the future

App icon badges

Currently available only on iOS

It's helpful to have a visual reminder of pending tasks. The number that's visible on your "bell" menu button will also be shown on your iOS app icon (on the home screen). This will be updated whenever a new notification is received.

System preferences

The iOS and Android operating systems allow for broader control over your notifications experience.

• To edit your preferences, navigate from your iOS home screen to Settings > Notifications > Wodify
• Disabling the "Allow Notifications" switch will prevent ANY notifications from displaying on your device
• Disabling the "Badges" switch will prevent showing the badge on the icon, but you'll still see notifications arrive
• Configuring notifications behavior will make them appear, persist, and sound in the way you prefer
