Why This Matters

The Site Comments feature allows you to leave feedback directly on your website preview — no separate emails or screenshots needed. This makes it easier to communicate exactly what you'd like changed, right in context, and even allows direct uploads of relevant assets like images, so our team can make updates quickly and accurately.

Prerequisites

This feature is only available once you have received your initial website preview from the Wodify Sites team. Once the site is launched, the feature is no longer used and you should instead reach out to support@wodify.com with any questions or requests related to your Wodify Site.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to Wodify Core and navigate to Web & Mobile > Websites.
2. Open the website editor from the next screen.
3. In the editor toolbar at the top, click the chat bubble icon to activate Site Comments.
4. Click anywhere on the page where you'd like to leave feedback.
5. In the comment box, type out the details of your request — be as specific as possible.
6. Optionally, click the attachment/media upload option to include supporting files (e.g. a photo you'd like swapped into a specific section).
7. Click Submit to save your comment.
8. Repeat steps 4–7 for any additional feedback across the site’s pages.
9. Once finished, make sure to reply to your project email to notify our team that your comments are ready for review.

FAQs

"When I go to the Websites section in my Wodify Core account, there’s no button to access the site editor." → Please follow up with the Wodify Sites team to let us know and we will double check your access settings.

"Can I edit or delete a comment after submitting it?" → Yes, when you have the Site Comments feature activated in the editor you’ll see a log of all open comments on the right where you can delete, resolve or reply to any of them.

"What happens after I notify the team that my comments are ready?" → Our team will review each Site Comment and make the requested changes or reply back to you with additional notes or questions as needed. We’ll send you another email back once updates have been completed and we’re ready for next steps from you.
