How to Set up the ClassPass Integration
Businesses New to ClassPass
- Go to Automations > Integrations
- Toggle on ClassPass
- Register for a partner account with ClassPass using this link to start the onboarding process and select “Other” for your Booking System.
- Click on “Manage” to select which classes will appear on ClassPass. Toggle on Programs and Recurring Classes you want to enable on ClassPass
- During your onboarding call with ClassPass Support, provide your Partner ID and Venue ID(s) found on Automations > Integrations to ClassPass Support, who will initiate your ClassPass integration.
- Once your onboarding with ClassPass is complete, you can start filling Class spots and enable a new revenue stream with ClassPass.

Businesses Already on ClassPass
- Go to Automations > Integrations
- Toggle on ClassPass
- Under “Already on ClassPass?”, click “Update Class” to access your ClassPass Partner Dashboard
- Log in to the ClassPass Partner Dashboard
- Navigate to the Integrations tab.
- Locate and select Wodify as your new scheduling platform, and submit your full name and email address.
- A ClassPass Partner Support representative will contact you with the next steps.
- On Automations > Integrations > ClassPass > Click on “Manage” to select which classes will appear on ClassPass
- Toggle on Programs and Recurring Classes you want to enable on ClassPass and click “Save”
- Once ClassPass Support contacts you after step 6, ClassPass will officially transfer your scheduling platform to Wodify with the classes enabled in step 8. This process typically takes less than 48 hours. After ClassPass transitions your account, the classes enabled will appear on your ClassPass schedule and you can manage all ClassPass reservations on ClassPass.

How to Enable and Disable Classes on ClassPass
Option 1: Use the Manage ClassPass Integration Side Panel to quickly enable and disable recurring classes
Option 2: Go to Classes > List > All Classes > Class Details and Enable or Disable ClassPass for a specific Class (Note: The program for the location needs to be enabled for ClassPass for the individual class to be enabled for ClassPass)

- Answer: ClassPass reservations made before transitioning to Wodify’s integration will not appear on Wodify. Go to ClassPass’s dashboard to view those reservations and reservation data.

- Answer: You can track ClassPass reservation data on Wodify under Analytics > Reports > Drop In > Attendance > Select “ClassPass” as a reservation source. You can track ClassPass reservation data also on your ClassPass Dashboard on ClassPass.

Question: How can I track ClassPass revenue?
- Answer: All ClassPass revenue can be viewed by logging onto ClassPass > Performance > Stats and in ClassPass reporting. ClassPass does not share revenue information with Wodify, so ClassPass revenue will not appear in your financial reporting on Wodify. Contact ClassPass support for help.

Question: How do I end my partnership with ClassPass?
- Answer: Please contact ClassPass support to end your partnership with ClassPass. Disabling ClassPass on Wodify will prevent Classes from being available on ClassPass but will not terminate any agreements with ClassPass.

Question: What is your ClassPass PartnerID and VenueID?
- Answer: Your ClassPass PartnerID is your Wodify CustomerID, which can be found under Automations > Integrations > ClassPass. Your ClassPass VenueID is your Wodify LocationID, which can be found under Automations > Integrations > ClassPass.

Question: How are ClassPass business profile fields, instructor lists, etc. set up?
- Answer: Your ClassPass business profile will automatically be updated through the Wodify ClassPass API integration but you can override changes on your ClassPass account. You can view and edit your ClassPass business profile by logging onto the ClassPass portal > Manage > Business Profile. Contact ClassPass support for help.

Question: How are ClassPass instructor lists set up?
- Answer: Your ClassPass business profile will automatically be updated through the Wodify ClassPass API integration with coach instructor names, profile pictures, bios, etc. from Wodify. But, you can override changes on your ClassPass account. You can view and edit your ClassPass instructors by logging onto the ClassPass portal > Manage > Instructors.

- Answer: You can set a limit for the number of ClassPass reservations for classes by logging onto the ClassPass portal > Classes > Select Class > increase or decrease the ClassPass spots available.

Question: Why can’t I cancel a ClassPass reservation as an admin?
- Answer: Admins cannot cancel a ClassPass reservation on behalf of a ClassPass user. Only a ClassPass user can cancel their own ClassPass reservation.

- Answer: The ClassPass user will be notified that the class was canceled and their ClassPass credits will be returned to their account.
