Why This Matters

If your gym is a HYROX affiliate, it’s easy to add HYROX365 programming directly inside your Wodify account. Here's everything you need to know.

Pre-requisite Pro-Tip

You'll need the Wodify Perform add-on active on your account to access HYROX365 programming. If you're not sure whether you have it, contact your Account Manager or email support@wodify.com.

What is HYROX365?

HYROX365 is official programming designed around everything it takes to compete in a HYROX race: running and endurance, strength and power, and skill and agility. Because athletes aren't one size fits all, the program delivers four distinct class formats so different types of athletes can train effectively.

When you subscribe to HYROX365, you'll get the 13-week progressive training plan dropped directly into your Wodify account as a one-time block. You can copy it to new dates or programs as needed.

Who's eligible?

HYROX365 is available free to any active HYROX affiliate. To get access, your gym needs to be verified, which means you'll need your HYROX Third Party Integration ID ready before getting started.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Find Your HYROX Third Party Integration ID

1. Log in to the HYROX365 Portal at portal.hyrox365.com using your HYROX affiliate account credentials.
2. Click My Business in the left sidebar.
3. Under the My Gyms section, click on your gym's name.
4. Find the Your Affiliation section on the right side and scroll to the Third Party Integration ID field.
5. Click the copy icon to copy the ID number.

Step 2: Activate the Integration

Once you have your Third Party Integration ID, choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Self-Service Form

1. Navigate to Wodify's HYROX365 self-service form.
2. Complete the form and submit. The Wodify team will set up the integration for you.

Option 2: Book a Call with an Account Manager

1. Navigate to Wodify's booking page.
2. Schedule a call with a Wodify Account Manager who will help you complete the integration.

FAQs

1. "I don't have the Wodify Perform add-on. How do I get it?"
   Answer: Contact your Account Manager directly or email support@wodify.com to add Wodify Perform to your account.
2. "What if I add HYROX365 mid-block?"
   Answer: No problem. You can start mid-block and a new 13-week block will kick off when the current one ends. You can also bulk copy the existing programming to new dates in your account if you want to start from the beginning.
3. "What if I have more than one gym location?"
   Answer: Each gym location will need to be verified separately using its own Third Party Integration ID. Reach out to your Account Manager if you need help getting multiple locations set up.
