Step-By-Step How To: Setting Up WellHub

Businesses New to Wellhub

1. Go to Automations → Integrations
2. Toggle on Wellhub
3. Register for a partner account with Wellhub using this link to start onboarding.
4. During your onboarding call with Wellhub Support, provide your Business ID and Location ID(s) from Automations → Integrations. 
   • You can find your Business ID and Location ID from clicking your profile icon on the top right in Wodify. Under your name, you will see your gym name and a 2-5 digit number in parenthesis.
5. Once onboarding is complete, Click "Manage" to select which classes appear on Wellhub. Toggle on the Programs and Recurring Classes you want to enable. You can then start filling class spots and open a new revenue stream with Wellhub.

Businesses Already on Wellhub

1. Go to Automations → Integrations
2. Toggle on Wellhub
3. Reach out to Wellhub support and inform them that you are integrating with your Wodify account
4. Provide your Business ID from and Location ID(s) from Automations → Integrations. 
   • You can find your Business ID and Location ID from clicking your profile icon on the top right in Wodify. Under your name, you will see your gym name and a 2-5 digit number in parenthesis.
      

Step-By-Step How To: Enabling and Disabling Classes on Wellhub

1. Use the Manage Wellhub Integration side panel to quickly enable/disable recurring classes. You can find this panel by going to:
   • Automations > Integrations
   • Click into Class Marketplace Partners
   • Find the Manage button under Wellhub 
2. Navigate to Classes → List. Under the All Classes tab, select the individual class to load the Class Details where you can enable/disable Wellhub for a class (the program for the location must be enabled first).
3. Navigate to Classes → List. Under the Recurring Classes tab, select the recurring class template to load the Recurring Class Details where you can enable/disable Wellhub per day of week.
4. Navigate to Classes → List. Under the One-Time Classes tab, select the class to load the Class Details where you can enable/disable Wellhub for a one-time class.

1. How do I know if a reservation is from Wellhub? Answer: Wellhub reservations show the Wellhub logo next to the member's name across Mobile, Wodify Core, and Kiosk+.

2. How can I track Wellhub reservation data? Answer: Navigate to Analytics → Reports → Drop In → Attendance → select "Wellhub" as the reservation source. 

3. Can an admin cancel a Wellhub reservation? Answer: No, the Wellhub reservation must be cancelled from the Wellhub app

4. What happens if I cancel/disable a class with Wellhub reservations? Answer: Members are notified and credits for any reservations are returned.

5. How do I end my Wellhub partnership? Answer: Contact Wellhub support. Disabling Wellhub in Wodify stops classes appearing but does not terminate your Wellhub agreement.
