Why This Matters

Performance Result Imports allow you to transfer your performance results from other fitness apps into Wodify to maintain longitudinal performance results and personal records on your Wodify App. 

Step-By-Step How To

Importing a Workout Template

1. Go to your gym’s Wodify online sales page
2. Log into your account
3. Click on your profile picture on the top navigation and select “My Profile” 
4. On the “Account” tab on your client web profile, scroll down to the “My Results” section
5. Click Import
6. Download your performance Performance Results from PushPress, SugarWod, Beyond the Whiteboard, or other platforms. 
7. Select the competitor you are importing from
8. Attach the competitor performance result .csv or excel file
9. Click convert
10. Review the result conversion to Wodify’s performance result structure
11. Click “Import” if you would like to import these results
12. Wait a few minutes (depending on the number of results imported) until you receive a confirmation email once your result import and personal record recalculation is complete

How to Export PushPress Performance Results:

1. Log into https://train.pushpress.com/home
2. On the left nav, open “My Workout History”
3. On the top right, click “Export results”

How to Export SugarWod Performance Results:

1. Open the SugarWOD app.
2. Tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
3. Once you are on your account page, select Account Settings.
4. Scroll to and select Export Workouts.
5. Tap Export Workouts again to confirm.
6. SugarWOD will send your workout history file to you via email.
7. Open the email once you receive it.
8. Download and save the workout history file to your phone, tablet, or computer.

How to Export Beyond The Whiteboard Performance Results:

1. Go to https://beyondthewhiteboard.com/signin
2. Go to Calendar view, which is accessed by selecting your profile picture. 
3. Select "Workout Posts” on the left side of the screen
4. Click the Export link on the right side of the grey bar at the top of the page.

How to Import Other Competitor Performance Results:

1. On Step 6 above, select “Other”
2. Download the Wodify Performance Result Import Template with all exercises Wodify can import
3. Enter results for exercise you would like to import using this template
4. Upload the file as an excel file in step 8 above and then continue with the remaining steps above

FAQ's:

1. Will my personal records recalculate when results are downloaded?
   Answer: Yes your personal records will recalculate after the import is complete. This may take a few minutes to recalculate.

    

2. Can admins import performance history for clients?
   Answer: No, only clients can import their own performance result data. 

    

3. Why was Wodify unable import some performance result data? 
   Answer: All data imported into Wodify must match an exercise in Wodify, the score type for that exercise, and other formatting for that exercise. Certain result entries have data fields that may be empty, incomplete, corrupted, or have other issues which make the data incompatible to import. The system will do it's best to match, but the ideal match is exact.
