Live Chat Support
Live Chat is currently available 10 AM -4 PM EST for Grow, Promote and Free Unlimited Customers only. As our team continues to grow, our hope is to expand this live chat functionality to more time zones and more customers! To chat with our team, please use the steps below:
Email Support
Our team is available for email support via directly emailing support@wodify.com or submitting a ticket via the support ticket in your admin account! We are available at the following times:
- Monday - Thursday; 9 AM - 9 PM EST
- Friday - Sunday; 9 AM - 6 PM EST
To ensure that you get a response as soon as possible, make sure you do the following:
- Write in from an email address that is tied to an active Wodify admin profile
- Provide an error code, screenshot, or screen recording if you are experiencing an error, and/or the steps you took to produce that error
- The name(s) and email(s) of the affected client if there is an issue with specific clients
Coaching Call Support
Our team is available for 15-minute one-on-one coaching calls if you and your team need to dig into a deeper issue. We have the ability to share a screen over Zoom, so we can see exactly what you are seeing. You can book here for the following times:
- Monday - Thursday; 10 AM - 4 PM EST and 7 - 8 PM EST
- Friday; 10 AM - 4 PM EST
To ensure that you get a response as soon as possible, make sure you do the following:
- Fill out a clear and detailed call description to ensure our agents know what they are looking into before they start the call
- Ask as many questions as possible to ensure our agents can solve your issue on the call and get you back to running your business
Self-Service Support
While our team loves talking to all of our business owners, sometimes we know you want to find the answer yourself as well. Here are some options to find answers on your own:
