Calendar emails make it simple to keep your schedule organized by automatically sending calendar invitations for every class you reserve, regardless of your preferred calendar provider.
Pre-requisite Pro-Tip
Make sure you're logged into the Wodify App. If you haven't yet set up your password, search your email history for the Welcome to Wodify email or contact your gym.
How to Enable Your Calendar Email
Updating this setting ensures that you receive a calendar invite for every class you reserve, making it easier to stay on track and avoid missed sessions.
Open the Wodify Mobile App.
Tap the three line hamburger icon in the top left corner to access Profile Settings.
Select Calendar emails.
Toggle on to enable calendar emails, or toggle off to disable them.
How to Use an Alternative Email
If you prefer class invitations to go to a different inbox (e.g., using your work calendar while keeping your Wodify account tied to your personal email), you can designate an alternative email address specifically for calendar events.
Follow Steps 1–4 above to enable Calendar Emails.
Toggle Use alternative email.
Enter the email address where you'd like to receive the calendar event invitations.
How to Use Calendar Emails with Apple Calendar
To have your calendar event invitations appear automatically in your iPhone’s native Calendar app, add the email account receiving the .ics files to your device.
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Navigate to Calendar > Accounts.
Tap Add Account and select your provider (e.g., Google).
Follow the authentication steps required by the provider.
When presented with toggles, enable Calendar.
Open the Calendar app and select Calendars.
Confirm that the newly added account is checked so events display.
Optional: Adjust sync frequency in Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Fetch New Data.

Why am I not receiving calendar emails even though the setting is enabled?
Check your email’s spam or promotions folder. If using an alternative email, ensure it was entered correctly and that your inbox is not blocking external .ics attachments.
Can I enable calendar emails for some class types but not others?
Not at this time. The calendar email setting applies to all reservations made through the Wodify Mobile App.
Do calendar emails replace the normal class reservation confirmation email?
No. The .ics email is an additional notification designed to help you sync your schedule, and you will still receive your standard reservation confirmation.
