Why This Matters

Wodify’s Groups feature allows you to make reservations for your kids, handle communication between your child's account and your gym, and even share payment methods across your accounts!

 


 

Making Reservations for Dependents

 

Via Client Web Portal:

  1. Access the Client Web Portal using your Wodify email and password 
  2. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Click Switch Account
  4. Choose the client from the Linked Accounts Menu
  5. Make a reservation for the class on that person’s behalf.

 

Via Mobile Device - Wodify Mobile App:

  1. Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the screen
  2. Under the profile name click Dependents to select which profile you want to use
  3. Make a reservation for the class on that person’s behalf

 

Communication and Payments

  • As a group Guardian, you’ll be able to manage the communication for your Dependents which includes receiving and signing their waivers. All emails for the Dependent will go to the email address you provided for yourself.
  • Groups can also share payment methods. Ask the business owner to handle this for you!

 


 

 


 

FAQs

  1. "Must all clients under 18 be Grouped with a Guardian?"
    Answer: No, this feature is used at the gym's discretion. If you would like your child to manage their own profile, speak with an Admin at the gym regarding their Dependent policy.
  2. "My child turned 18 and their profile will no longer be a Dependent. Do they need a separate payment method now?"
    Answer: Nope! Just let an Admin at your gym know that you would like to remain Grouped.
