Managing Your Child’s Wodify Account

Wodify’s Groups feature allows your business owner to associate your client profile with other client profiles at the business (your spouse, children, etc.) making it easy for you to manage reservations and communications for your family. This allows you to make reservations for your kids, handle communication between your child's account and your business, and even share payment methods across your accounts!

 

In this article, we will cover:

 

Making Reservations for Dependents

 

Wodify Web App

  • Click on the “Switch Account” icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
  • Choose the client from the Linked Accounts Menu
  • Make a reservation for the class on that person’s behalf.

Mobile Device - Wodify Mobile App

  • Click on the 3 lined icon on the top left
  • Under the profile name click the Dependents to select which profile you want to use
  • Make a reservation for the class on that person’s behalf.

 

 

Communication and Payments

  • As a group Guardian, you’ll be able to manage the communication for your Dependents which includes receiving and signing their waivers.
  • Groups can also share payment methods. Ask the business owner to handle this for you!
