Why This Matters
Wodify’s Groups feature allows you to make reservations for your kids, handle communication between your child's account and your gym, and even share payment methods across your accounts!
Making Reservations for Dependents
Via Client Web Portal:
- Access the Client Web Portal using your Wodify email and password
- Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Click Switch Account
- Choose the client from the Linked Accounts Menu
- Make a reservation for the class on that person’s behalf.
Via Mobile Device - Wodify Mobile App:
Note: Guardians will no longer have to switch accounts to sign dependents into class from the mobile app!
- In the Mobile App, select the Schedule
- Click the class you would like to sign your dependents into
- Click Sign In -->
- The option for dependents will appear, and you can check/uncheck the dependents you'd like to sign in
Appointment booking will also be available, but in individual client flows -- i.e. you will not be able to simultaneously book multiple users into the same appointment, but rather will have to go through the flow using each member's specific appointment membership.
Cancelling Reservations/Sign In's
- In the Mobile App, select the Schedule
- Click into a class that you're cancelling a dependent reservation for
- Select Cancel
- Check the box next to the dependent you'd like to cancel the class for
- Click Cancel
- Click Confirm
Communication and Payments
- As a group Guardian, you’ll be able to manage the communication for your Dependents which includes receiving and signing their waivers. All emails for the Dependent will go to the email address you provided for yourself.
- Groups can also share payment methods. Ask the business owner to handle this for you!

FAQs
- "Must all clients under 18 be Grouped with a Guardian?"
Answer: No, this feature is used at the gym's discretion. If you would like your child to manage their own profile, speak with an Admin at the gym regarding their Dependent policy. - "My child turned 18 and their profile will no longer be a Dependent. Do they need a separate payment method now?"
Answer: Nope! Just let an Admin at your gym know that you would like to remain Grouped. -
"I don't see one of my dependents when booking?"
Answer: Before signing a dependent into a class, check what program access they have. Some gyms restrict class access by program, so if your dependent isn't enrolled in the right one, you won't be able to sign them in. Contact your gym if you're not sure.
