Why This Matters

The Appointment Calendar will allow you to view, book, sign-in, and edit appointments all in one spot. This calendar will also show you all appointments across all providers and allows you to view the schedule easily at a glance.

To start using the calendar, ensure to setup your Services and Memberships first.


 

Step-By-Step How To: Add Appointments from the Calendar

  1. Select the date and time you would like the appointment to take place or click book appointment from the top right-hand corner of the page
  2. A pop-up will appear where you can select the service, duration, date, time, provider, and client(s).

 

Note: Appointments can be booked on the Appointment Calendar directly at any time, regardless of the provider's availability. If the client you select does not have an active membership for the service you choose, you'll see a warning at the bottom of this window. Click on More Options to either add an Appointment Pack, Appointment Plan, or book them as a Free Intro.

 

Step-By-Step How To: Sign In from the Calendar

  1. Click on the Appointment Block on the Calendar
  2. You will see a button next to the Provider and Client's name to sign in
    • If there are any issues with a particular appointment, such as a client not having a membership or an unsigned waiver, you will see a warning and an option to edit the appointment to see more information about the warning

 

Step-By-Step How To: Filter from the Calendar

  1. To the left of the date range selection on the calendar, you will see an option to filter by location, services, and providers. 
  2. Click the drop-down for the following to select what you would like to filter by.

FAQs

  1. "Is there a way to sync the appointment calendar to my personal calendar?" Answer: Absolutely! Check out our article on how you can do a Google Calendar sync: Syncing your Google Calendar for Appointments
  2. "Can I see a provider's availability on the appointment calendar?" Answer: Yes you can view availability by toggling Appointment Availability to on. This is located near the top right corner of the calendar.
  3. "Can I book an appointment for a client if they do not have a membership or if it is far in the future?" Answer: You can book an appointment for any client/lead, no matter if they have a membership or if it's a date in the future. You will see the warning when booking the appointment and viewing the appointment once it's created, and the only issue you will run into is signing in that particular person if they do not have a valid membership at the time of the appointment.
