- "Can I see a provider's availability on the appointment calendar?" Answer: By default the calendar does not show the availability set by each provider, however if you filter by a specific provider this will show their availability in addition to any classes they are set to teach and blocked time!
- "Can I book an appointment for a client if they do not have a membership of it is it far in the future?" Answer: You can book an appointment for any client/lead no matter if they have a membership or if it's a date in the future. You will see the warning when booking the appointment and viewing the appointment once it's created, and the only issue you will run into is signing in that particular person if they do not have a valid membership at the time of the appointment.
