Because Membership Programs and Location access can change, there are times when you'll need to make updates to existing memberships. Rather than manually update each active membership, take a minute to read through how to use the mass add/remove features to make the administration of this task easy.

How to Mass Update Membership Programs

Use this feature to bulk update program access to all or a select set of existing memberships. Click here for a quick video walkthrough of this!

To Add Memberships to Programs:

1. Go to Wodify Admin > Classes > Settings
2. Click on the Membership tab > Mass Update Member Programs tab
3. Choose the Program you wish to add to memberships
4. Choose which Memberships the Program should be added to
5. Click Next
6. Choose which Clients the Program should be added to
7. Click Add Programs to Plans

To Delete Memberships to Programs:

1. Go to Wodify Admin > Classes > Settings
2. Click on the Membership tab > Mass Update Member Programs tab
3. Choose the Program you wish to delete from memberships
4. Choose which Memberships the Program should be removed from
5. Click Next
6. Choose which Clients the Program should be removed from
7. Click Remove Programs from Plans

How to Mass Update Membership Location Access

Use this feature to bulk update location access to all or a select set of existing memberships. 

To Add Memberships to Locations:

1. Go to Wodify Admin > Classes > Settings
2. Click on the Membership tab > Mass Update Membership Location Access tab
3. Choose the Location you wish to add to memberships
4. Choose which Memberships the Location should be added to
5. Click Next
6. Choose which Clients the Location should be added to
7. Click Add Locations to Plans

To Delete Memberships to Locations:

1. Go to Wodify Admin > Classes > Settings
2. Click on the Membership tab > Mass Update Membership Location Access tab
3. Choose the Location you wish to delete from memberships
4. Choose which Memberships the Location should be removed from
5. Click Next
6. Choose which Clients the Location should be removed from
7. Click Remove Locations from Plans
